Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is seeking a dependable Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. This role focuses on transforming outdoor spaces through landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation, with training provided for those new to the field.

Responsibilities include assisting with demolition and site prep, planting and irrigation installation, and hardscape work.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Landscaping or construction experience is helpful, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs (including occasional weekends).
