Pacscape in Issaquah, WA is seeking a dependable Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. This role focuses on transforming outdoor spaces through landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation.

No experience required—training will be provided. Responsibilities include demolition, grading, site prep; installing plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components; supporting hardscape installations like pavers

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Landscaping or construction experience is helpful, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs (including occasional weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation.

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.

• Report any safety concerns, site issues, or equipment problems.
