Job summary

LANDGRAPHICS Landscape & Arborcare Management is seeking a Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support demolition, grading, site preparation, planting, irrigation, and hardscape installation. This full-time role involves hands-on outdoor work on commercial and public sites.

You will operate tools safely, adapt to varying weather, and collaborate with crew leaders to meet project deadlines. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Landscaping or construction experience is helpful, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs (including occasional weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation.
• Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components.
• Support hardscape installation such as pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and edging.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Report any safety concerns, site issues, or equipment problems.

Salary Description

19.00 to 22.00
