Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is seeking a Landscape Renovations Crew Member in California to support renovation projects from demolition through site preparation. You will install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components, assist with hardscape installations, operate hand tools, and keep active job sites safe and organized on outdoor commercial and public settings.

Weekend work may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and perform outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation.
• Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components.
• Support hardscape installation such as pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and edging.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Report any safety concerns, site issues, or equipment problems.
