Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects and serve as the main point of contact for clients. You will develop estimates, schedule crews and materials, and ensure projects advance on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include client walkthroughs, site visits, coordinating with subcontractors, and producing as-built documentation for designers and clients. Proactive communication and adherence to standards are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant landscape industry experience.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology and installation techniques.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-through with client and designer to discuss scope and prepare estimates.
• Manage projects with site visits, address concerns, and upsell work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly.
• Generate as-builds through the construction process and hand to designers and client.
• Create schedules with logistics to support staffing requirements.
• Maintain stock levels of routine materials and procure special items as needed.
• Review reports to align profitability, sales, and revenue goals.
