The Grounds Guys of Valparaiso is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and client communications while coordinating crews and suppliers. This role requires 5+ years in landscape construction, leadership experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, estimates, and timelines.
• Coordinate crews, suppliers and clients.
• Review landscape plans, drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Order materials, equipment, plants, irrigation components, and other supplies.
• Track labor, materials, change orders, and project costs.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, changes, and expectations.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions when plans or site conditions change.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Position: Landscape Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, estimates, and timelines.
• Coordinate crews, suppliers and clients.
• Review landscape plans, drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
