• Experience preparing plans for site meetings and variances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present plans at city meetings for board review and variance requests.
• Gather field measurements and collect grade and elevation points to develop accurate residential site base maps.
• Produce detailed drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with Project Directors throughout the design process and coordinate with the construction team during project installation phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
