Job summary

Exscape Designs is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-end outdoor construction and landscape projects from planning through completion. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and vendor partnerships, while upholding safety standards and the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or landscape industries.
• Strong knowledge of project workflows, efficiencies, and industry best practices in construction or landscape management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze job costing, and track financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end outdoor construction and landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
• Manage project budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet established gross margin goals.
• Optimize scheduling, quality control, and material management to drive operational excellence.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, oversee contracts, and manage relationships to improve project outcomes.
• Develop, motivate, and guide project teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor job performance, enforce safety standards, and uphold the company’s reputation for quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing growth and innovation of the company.
