Absolute Landscapes is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead field execution for the Design/Build division. Based in Dayton, MD, you will ensure projects stay organized, staffed, on schedule, and built to quality standards.

You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, read landscape plans, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver top-quality results. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 3+ years in landscape construction or production management.
• Strong knowledge of landscape/hardscape construction and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to read landscape plans, estimates, scopes, and construction details.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Absolute Landscapes is looking for an experienced Production Manager to help lead the field execution of our growing Design/Build division. This role works closely with our Design/Build Division Manager and is responsible for keeping landscape construction projects organized, properly staffed, on schedule, and built to our quality standards.

Absolute Landscapes is an established landscape design, construction, and maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Central Maryland area. For more than 25 years, we have built our reputation on quality work, strong relationships, and a team-oriented approach.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Make sure projects are fully prepared before crews arrive on site.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, production management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape construction, planting, grading, drainage, and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to read landscape plans, estimates, scopes, and construction details.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of labor efficiency, job budgets, and field productivity.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt as conditions change.
• Experience with LMN or similar landscape management software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between the office, vendors, and jobsites.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT certification.

Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends as necessary)
