The Ideal Candidate

You may currently be an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Production Manager, Account Manager, or General Manager with a successful landscape company. You’re looking for more than another management position. You want greater leadership responsibility, the opportunity to build something meaningful, a company where your ideas matter, a leadership team that values people and culture, and a long‑term career with significant growth potential. Most importantly, you want the opportunity to help build and eventually lead a new branch instead of simply maintaining someone else’s.
