Job summary

Sunrise Landscape seeks a hands-on Crew Leader to guide a landscape maintenance crew across commercial properties. This working leadership role blends field tasks with supervising crew safety, quality, and efficiency to meet company standards.

You will partner with foremen and operations to follow daily schedules, track production in Aspire, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of landscape maintenance experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and holding team members accountable.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and operate landscape equipment.
• Comfortable using Aspire time and production tracking on mobile devices or tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of assigned crew to complete routes safely and to standards.
• Conduct daily pre-shift safety meetings and review work assignments.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and accountability for crew performance.
• Communicate progress, issues, and client needs to Operations leadership.
• Accurately clock in/out in Aspire for time tracking and job costing.
• Assign and verify crew hours and job codes daily in Aspire.
• Track progress, service notes, photos, and materials in Aspire.
• Ensure all production data is entered and closed out daily; resolve Aspire discrepancies.
