• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment.
• Working knowledge of irrigation, plant health, and Florida landscape conditions.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with field staff, managers, and clients; bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Plan and coordinate crew schedules, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular site and quality inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Hold foremen accountable for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to field employees.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to address property concerns and client expectations.
• Communicate daily priorities to foremen and crews.
• Monitor labor hours and field productivity; adjust to improve efficiency.
• Identify needs and communicate opportunities to the team.
• Support storm preparation, cleanup, and seasonal or emergency operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment.
• Working knowledge of irrigation, plant health, and Florida landscape conditions preferred.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills with field employees, Account Managers, leadership, and clients; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Comfortable using technology for scheduling, communication, timekeeping, and operational reporting.
• Valid driver's license required.
