Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily landscape Maintenance and Enhancements operations for assigned crews and properties.
- Plan and coordinate crew schedules, labor, equipment, and materials to meet operational goals.
- Conduct regular site and quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
- Hold Foremen accountable for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and crew performance.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development to field employees.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to address property concerns, service needs, and client expectations.
- Clearly communicate daily priorities and expectations to Foremen and crews.
- Monitor labor hours and field productivity, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
- Identify landscape, irrigation, enhancement, and property needs, and communicate opportunities or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Support storm preparation, cleanup, and other seasonal or emergency operational needs as required.
- Promote a positive culture focused on communication, accountability, respect, and excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape Maintenance,Enhancements or a related field.
- Previous experience in a field leadership role such as Landscape Foreman, Production Manager, or Operations Manager preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop multiple crews or field teams.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment.
- Working knowledge of irrigation, plant health, and Florida landscape conditions preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills with field employees, Account Managers, leadership, and clients; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, communication, timekeeping, and operational reporting.
- Valid driver's license required.
