Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on client jobsites.
• Partner with Account Manager and clients to audit landscape quality and identify maintenance needs.
• Create detailed job service plans for each client using Aspire software.
• Provide production planning and guidance to supervisors and crew members to drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, and training of crew members; mentor supervisors to develop talent.
• Contribute to profitability through planning of monthly operations, labor and materials costs, and review of financial reports.
