Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeks Landscape Nursery Workers to maintain plant material for our installation projects. You will manage trees, shrubs, and materials at the nursery, unload deliveries, organize inventory, and assist with landscape installations in a physically active outdoor setting.

The role requires working outside in extreme temperatures, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, with potential for growth within a family of companies in the

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Plant ID, horticulture knowledge, and/or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
