Job summary

Juniper, a full-service landscape design, build, and management company, is hiring Crew Members for its Landscape Maintenance teams in Florida. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, laying sod, edging, and other duties on client sites to create and maintain beautiful landscapes.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sun.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Landscaping experience required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
