Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams to perform site work safely and with high quality, ensuring beautiful landscapes for clients. We are a full‑service landscape design, build, and management company with over 30 locations and 2,000+ team members.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, laying sod, weed control, mulching, trash removal, and operation of hand tools and power equipment. Outdoor work in extreme temperatures is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping tasks and maintenance.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods in heat and sun.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod and weed control.
• Applying mulch and general cleanup.
• Using hand tools and power equipment on site.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
