Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams to perform on-site duties with safety and quality. You will help create and maintain beautiful landscapes for our clients, working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, sod installation, weeding, mulching, and general upkeep using hand and power tools. The role requires physical endurance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work long periods outside in heat and sun.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and use hand tools.

Skills
