Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Landscape Manager (Maintenance) to lead landscaping operations for our communities. You will direct grounds crews, oversee irrigation maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to upgrade facilities and optimize budgets.

The role requires a strong background in grounds care, irrigation systems, and safety standards, with several years of leadership experience. This full-time position is based on-site at community facilities in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of landscaping or maintenance experience, with at least 3 in management.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscaping crews performing routine maintenance and repair of grounds.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of irrigation and landscaped areas.
• Inspect facilities to identify landscaping needs and improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments on facility upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for maintenance landscaping.
