Inframark is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of community facilities, landscapes, and amenities. You will supervise contractors, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality across recreation spaces.

The role collaborates with the Board and committees to uphold standards and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities operations, strong safety focus, and the ability to coordinate across teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the overall operation and maintenance of Association facilities, landscaping, and amenities.
• Supervise contractors and vendors per policies and SOPs.
• Manage work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment, diagnose issues, and document in tracking system.
• Support financial management and budget control for facilities.
