Landscape Maintenance Technician
McKinney, TX Area
$22 per hour with medical benefits!
20 to 30 hours per week
Contract to Perm position!

• Princeton, Texas
• Farmersville, Texas
• Greenville, Texas

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves upkeeping and maintaining the curb appeal of model homes and homes available for sale in new residential communities.

Key Responsibilities of the Landscape Maintenance Technician

• Maintain pristine landscapes for model homes and move-in-ready properties
• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and weed as needed to keep properties looking sharp
• Install seasonal flowers, mulch, and decorative landscaping elements at model homes
• Monitor irrigation systems and report any issues or needed adjustments
• Remove debris and keep walkways, driveways, and outdoor areas clear and clean
• Perform regular property checks to ensure all landscaping is presentable and photo-ready
• Report maintenance issues, property damage, or unusual activity promptly
