As a Service Technician, you will work at one of our beautiful communities, representing Mark-Taylor through delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the upkeep of the physical asset and community grounds.

The starting hourly pay range for Service Technicians is $22.00, commensurate with experience and dependent on the community's complexity. Our Service Technicians typically work one or more weekend days. They participate in a rotating on-call schedule with additional shift differential pay.
