As a Maintenance Tech I, you’ll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and adhere to safety protocols.
