Juniper is growing! Juniper seeks Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Myers, FL. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, sod, mulch, and general landscape tasks on client sites to create beautiful outdoor spaces.

Requirements include prior landscaping experience; you must be able to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is required.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
