Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Myers, FL. Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities include mowing turf, pruning shrubs, planting beds, laying sod, pulling weeds, applying mulch, and using hand tools or power equipment. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
