Job summary

Juniper Landscaping is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Myers, FL. Crew Members perform work on job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, bed planting, sod laying, weeding, mulching, and more using hand tools and power equipment. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and maintenance work is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
