Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Landscaper in Santa Barbara, California. You will care for the grounds, maintain common areas, and ensure neat, safe outdoor spaces for residents and guests.

The role requires hands-on mowing, trimming, and debris removal, plus managing supplies and reporting issues to the Maintenance Manager. Valid license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscaping experience.
• Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers and other trimming equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas and remove all trash and debris.
• Mow and trim lawns, sites and bushes.
• Monitor and control inventory and/or supplies.
• Report landscaping concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
