Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Landscaper in Santa Barbara, California. You will care for the grounds, maintain common areas, and ensure neat, safe outdoor spaces for residents and guests.

The role requires hands-on mowing, trimming, and debris removal, plus managing supplies and reporting issues to the Maintenance Manager. Valid license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscaping experience.
• Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers and other trimming equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Hourly: $17.00 - $17.00. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
