Heritage Landcare is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor in Charleston. You will lead teams delivering commercial landscape maintenance and irrigation services, focusing on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Charleston Regional Manager, you’ll drive efficiency and oversee audits, repairs, and continual process improvements. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, English communication skills, and relevant certifications; a focus on safety and accountability is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-wire tech certification required.
• IQ4 Expert certification preferred.
• Rain Bird ASP certification preferred.
• Certified Landscape Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, excellence, and efficiency for landscape teams.
• Lead and mentor crews on maintenance and irrigation work.
• Perform site audits every four weeks and address issues in Aspire.
• Oversee irrigation inspections, repairs, and preseason audits.
• Communicate progress daily with the Charleston Regional Manager.
• Ensure training and performance reviews for team members.
