Job summary

Rea Landscape Management, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to support daily operations including landscape installation, irrigation, grading, and drainage. This full-time role offers hands-on outdoor work and the chance to contribute to both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include installing landscapes and irrigation systems, operating landscape equipment, reading plans, and maintaining safe, clean work sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in landscape installation.
• Experience with irrigation and grading preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Team player with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading features.
• Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred).
• Read and follow landscape plans (preferred).
• Maintain clean and safe work sites.
• Work in all weather conditions.
