Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Florida. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod laying, mulching, and site cleanup to deliver beautiful landscapes for clients.

Experience in landscaping is required, and being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. This role involves extended outdoor work in extreme temperatures and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer healthcare and retirement benefits as part of our package.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, and blow to maintain neat lawns.
• Prune shrubs and low tree branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Laying sod and applying mulch as needed.
• Pull weeds and perform general site upkeep.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely.
