Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Florida. Crew Members perform landscape construction duties on jobsites, including planting, sod installation, and hardscape work, while adhering to safety protocols to deliver high-quality landscapes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Adhere to jobsite safety protocols.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
