Job summary

Hemington Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to oversee daily field execution, quality control, and productivity of our landscape maintenance and mowing crews. You will coach crews to maintain Hemington's standards and lead daily morning huddles.

The role requires strong leadership, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage routes and safety on site. This is a full-time on-site supervisory position based in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or managing people.
• Valid driver’s license with a favorable DMV record.
• Strong plant identification skills or willingness to learn quickly.
• Deep understanding of mowing, pruning, turf, and bed maintenance or willingness to learn quickly.
• QAL or QAC certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and productivity of landscape maintenance and mowing crews.
• Lead maintenance crew leaders and conduct daily 6:00 AM huddles to review schedules and safety topics.
• Ensure properties meet Hemington's landscape and horticultural standards and perform quality control.
• Oversee equipment loading, maintenance, and yard organization to reduce downtime and ensure safety.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings and support field upsell opportunities.
