Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager

Pay: $45,000–$60,000 per year
Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends if needed

Landscape Endeavors Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager to support the Account Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations across multiple maintenance crews. For more than 29 years, LEI has proudly served the Colorado Springs commercial market, specializing in landscape installation and maintenance. As a family‑owned company, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, building strong client relationships, and fostering a safe, productive, and supportive work environment where employees are valued.

This full‑time, salaried role is responsible for supervising field staff, coordinating daily operations on maintenance properties, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. A company truck is provided for qualified applicants.

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated individual who is ready to contribute to the continued growth of our maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple maintenance crews of 2–5 team members
• Conduct safety meetings and reinforce a strong culture of safety
• Model professionalism, ethics, and company values
• Track crew time and ensure accurate reporting
• Participate in weekly foremen meetings to review workload, equipment needs, manpower, property guidelines, budgets, and job progress
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high‑quality service using best management practices
• Ensure all staff have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to work safely and efficiently
• Enforce company policies, equipment care standards, and safety programs
• Maintain accurate, timely communication from the field
• Support a positive, safe, and team‑oriented work environment
• Maintain strong communication with the Account Manager
• Demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills and resolve issues as they arise
• Assist with staffing Crew Leaders and Crew Members throughout the season

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado driver’s license
• Clean MVR and insurable
• Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience
• Self‑motivated with strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous leadership experience
• Positive, team‑focused attitude
• Bilingual is a plus.
