Our pay and benefits are industry-leading. All members of our Landscape Team earn between $48,000 and $58,000 annually, depending on position and experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor lawn and landscape quality
• Perform seeding and aeration
• Apply grass fertilization
• Mulch and fertilize flower beds
• Prune and trim small trees and shrubs
• Control weeds, insects, and diseases
• Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using mechanical, organic, and chemical controls
• Manage client questions and concerns
• Train and supervise lawn technicians
• Assist with marketing projects
• Maintain supplies and inventory

Ideal candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of recent landscape maintenance experience
