Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a dual driver/crewmember for our landscape maintenance teams. The role includes driving a company truck and trailer and supporting the crew on job sites to deliver high-quality landscapes.

You will perform landscape duties with hand and power tools, inspect vehicles daily, and work outdoors in various conditions. A valid license and MVR check are required, with landscaping experience preferred and bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a motor vehicle record check.
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Landscaping experience preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
Performing daily vehicle inspections.
Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, and general landscape maintenance).
Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
