Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools and power equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, loading/unloading equipment, and reporting issues to a supervisor. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
