Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape tasks on commercial properties. No experience required; training will be provided.

Duties include mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and general clean-up, with emphasis on safety and efficient operation of tools. The role is full-time and outdoor, offering opportunities to work across public and commercial sites with a team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift/move 10–50 lbs.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions; may involve steep terrain.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
