Job summary

TexaScapes in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time landscape crew member to join a 2-5 person team. Pay is $20-$25/hour with benefits including health insurance, dental, paid time off, and retirement plan. Typical hours are 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, no weekends, with 40 hours per week.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of landscape experience and a valid driver's license. Fluent English and Spanish preferred; ability to back a large trailer and maintain a clean driving record are required.

Job description:

Operate within a landscape maintenance crew while ensuring that TexaScapes’ quality standards and a safe work environment are maintained. This includes manual labor and landscape equipment operations. Properly maintain and care for all equipment and tools.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

This is a crew member position. Candidate must be able to work within a 2 to 5 - person crew to safely accomplish tasks on time, creating quality results. Landscape properties should be able to be maintained with the crew after first verbal or written instruction.

Expectations:

Be on time, be sober, be safe.Drivers License in good standing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years Landscape experience required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• Ability to back a large trailer
• Must have a clean driving record
• Able to consistently pass drug tests
• On-time and dependable.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay (~$20-25/Hr. with experience). Retirement Plan, Health Insurance, Workers Compensation Coverage.
