Father Nature Landscapes in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a team in delivering high-end landscapes for commercial and residential clients. You will coach crew members, coordinate with peers, and ensure quality service on your route.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle report
• Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds
