DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a crew through a range of landscape tasks, including mulching, pruning, bed edging, and seasonal duties. This is a hands-on, year-round role with leadership responsibilities and advancement opportunities.

The position emphasizes directing crews, maintaining equipment, and safety while transitioning to winter snow and ice management duties as needed. Competitive hourly pay is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the green industry or supervisory experience.
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one) and a smartphone.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions.

Landscaping Maintenance Team Members perform a wide range of landscape-related tasks which build into several different career paths within the Landscaping Industry.These tasks include mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding, & spraying.Crew Leadersare responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‑on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. This is a year round, full time opportunity that transitions into snow and ice management responsibilities in the winter.
