Qualifications

• 3+ years of client and crew management in the landscape industry.
• 2–3 years landscape/horticulture experience with crew management.
• 3 years of customer service, sales and communication experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write and present proposals.
• Spanish bilingual preferred to communicate with crew.

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and service.
• Manage crew members including morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and workload planning.
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally.
• Network and earn referrals to help the branch grow.
• Lead the branch in growing base contracts in target markets and locations.
• Assist the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability.
