• Maintain clean job sites and record End-of-Day Checklist daily.
• Coordinate and manage team schedules to keep projects on track.
• Operate a variety of outdoor landscape equipment and power tools.
• Experience installing retaining walls, patios, and softscape features.
• Commit hours including weekends/holidays to complete projects.
• Assist with maintaining all company equipment and follow handbook policies.
