Qualifications

• Superior work ethic and timely input of hours to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Experience installing softscapes and hardscapes on projects.
• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of 2-3 team members and ensure productivity.
• Maintain clean job sites and complete end-of-day checklists.
• Operate landscape equipment and hand tools.
• Communicate professionally with clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Commit to hours including weekends/holidays.
