Job summary

Aspen Ridge Landscaping in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead the field crew, translate designs into finished outdoor spaces, and ensure work meets our high standards.

You will supervise crews, operate skid steer, excavator, and other equipment, maintain tools, and keep projects on schedule and within safety guidelines.

Customer service and teamwork are essential as you train staff, communicate with the division manager, and deliver outstanding outdoor spaces for our clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a landscaper or similar role.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages crew.
• Operates tools and equipment safely.
• Ensures projects meet Aspen Ridge standards.
• Follows directions from Division Manager.
• Aware of goals and timelines of the project.
• Maintains all tools and equipment on jobsite.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
• Completes required paperwork and forms.
