As a family-owned company serving the Main Line for generations, we handle residential and commercial projects. Starting pay is $17–$18+ per hour, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, optional Saturdays, overtime, and weekly pay with direct

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to complete landscape and property improvement projects.
• Perform planting, edging, mulching, pruning, cleanup, and seasonal maintenance.
• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and garden beds.
• Assist with seeding, sodding, grading, and landscape installation.
• Install and maintain low-voltage landscape lighting.
• Assist with seasonal and holiday decorating projects.
• Operate landscaping tools, equipment, and vehicles as trained.
• Follow project plans and complete work to a high standard.
• Work safely and cooperatively with other members of the crew.

Doyle & McDonnell, Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our landscaping team in Berwyn, PA. Whether you already have landscape experience or are looking to learn the trade, this is an opportunity to work outdoors, develop practical skills, and take pride in seeing the results of your work.

As an established, family-owned landscaping company serving the Main Line for generations, we work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Our crews handle everything from Design/Build planting with Specimen plant material, grading, seeding, sodding, low voltage lighting, drainage, routine landscape maintenance, property improvements, low voltage, seasonal and Holiday lighting/projects, so the work is varied and every day can bring something different.

What You'll Do

• Work as part of a crew to complete landscape and property improvement projects
• Perform planting, edging, mulching, pruning, cleanup, and seasonal maintenance
• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and garden beds
• Assist with seeding, sodding, grading, and landscape installation
• Install and maintain low-voltage landscape lighting
• Assist with seasonal and holiday decorating projects
• Operate landscaping tools, equipment, and vehicles as trained
• Follow project plans and complete work to a high standard
• Work safely and cooperatively with other members of the crew

Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right person. As you develop your skills, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility and advance within the company.

Schedule & Pay

Starting pay: $17–$18+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• Early start and early finish
• Optional Saturday work
• Overtime available at time-and-a-half
• Paid weekly with direct deposit available
