Job summary

Doyle & McDonnell, Inc. in Berwyn, PA is seeking dependable landscape maintenance team members to perform mowing, trimming, weed control, cleanups, and routine care of residential and commercial properties along the Main Line.

You will operate lawn equipment, work with a crew to complete daily routes, and contribute to high-quality property upkeep. Starting pay is $17+ per hour with overtime and weekly pay; full-time hours, weekday schedule; on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn mowing and landscape maintenance.
• Trim and edge lawns, beds, and landscaped areas.
• Weed and maintain planting beds.
• Prune and maintain shrubs and landscape plants.
• Remove leaves and debris; assist with seasonal cleanups.
• Operate lawn and landscape equipment; keep tools organized.
• Work with crew to complete daily routes efficiently and safely.
• Maintain high quality standards on client properties.
