The Greenery Inc. is seeking a Landscape Intern to join a structured 12-week intern program with rotations across departments.

You will gain in-depth knowledge of landscape operations and the internal foundation of sales, administration, and human resources to prepare for future growth in the green industry. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, safety, and collaboration, offering exposure to maintenance, irrigation, and customer service processes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in higher education curriculum.
• Interest or experience in landscaping is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the intern program, rotating through departments to learn landscape operations.
• Learn and master key areas such as maintenance, irrigation, floral, installations, construction and business development.
• Assist the team in daily operations like planting material, irrigation fittings, and client greenspace care.
• Attend team meetings, trainings and professional development activities.
• Provide innovative suggestions to improve processes and outcomes.
