Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in higher education curriculum.
  • Interest or experience in landscaping is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the intern program, rotating through departments to learn landscape operations.
  • Learn and master key areas such as maintenance, irrigation, floral, installations, construction and business development.
  • Assist the team in daily operations like planting material, irrigation fittings, and client greenspace care.
  • Attend team meetings, trainings and professional development activities.
  • Provide innovative suggestions to improve processes and outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities


  • Participate in the company’s intern program, working in different departments and functions through rotations to familiarize yourself with the company’s landscape operations and processes.

  • Learn and master key areas of landscaping, such as maintenance, irrigation, floral services, installations, construction, chemical services and business development.

  • Assist the team in daily operational activities such as installation of plant material, irrigation fittings, and mowing and caring for client greenspace.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance process efficiency and business outcomes.

Education And Experience
