Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred, with in-house training to obtain one.
• Commitment to professional appearance in line with company policies.
• Strong teamwork, high energy, and a positive attitude to fit with an ambitious crew.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, MVR, and DOT physical as part of safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare sites for installation by clearing debris, grading terrain, and soil preparation.
• Install landscape elements including hardscape features, lighting fixtures, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate heavy equipment such as mini skids, skid steers, and mini excavators safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless execution and provide feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting compensation of $43,000+ annually.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, lift 50 lbs, and work outside in an all-weather environment.
• Valid driver's license required; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred, though in-house training programs are available to help obtain one.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, clean-cut appearance in alignment with the company's non-smoking policy and strict presentation standards.
• Strong teamwork skills, high energy, and a positive attitude to mesh with a highly selective and ambitious crew.
