Qualifications

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management procedures.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, related field, or Industry certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or a similar role.
